Whitetail Skinner II
The “Whitetail Skinner” knife was the first one I designed after my “Bushcrafter.” The bushcrafter had been in my mind for years, I had just not been making knives. Its features are a collection of things I have learned through handling lots of other knives. However, The Whitetail is was the first one I really just thought up on my own.
After making a few of them, using them, and making other styles, I decided I wanted to tweak the design a bit. But, I still like the original design a whole lot (and use it regularly) so I did not want to do away with either model. I figure different people might like different things in each model.
With that, here is the tweaked “Whitetail II.”
